Wheat germ is the essence life in the wheat kernel. A new plant will grow out of the germ, and it stores vitamins, minerals, proteins, healthy omega-3, 6 and 9, fibre and many other healthy nutrients and antioxidants, such as lecithin, betaine and 800 mg of alpha lipoic acid per 100 g. Stir it into a drink, muesli, yoghurt, sauces, pasta, rice, potatoes and over vegetables, salads or on bread (do not heat it, only add after cooking). Or eat it on its own - between 1 and 6 tablespoons a day. The fold-over bag protects the wheat germ from exposure to light and no part of it has been irradiated. Two varieties are available in 400 g / 14.11 ounce packs. Raw: 100 percent natural, 100 percent active enzymes. Refined: thermally debittered but not toasted.
Raw food means more enzymes
Raw food is fresh, sprouted, cultivated (friendly bacteria) or dried foodstuffs, never heated higher than 40 °C / 104 ºF. Raw food is rich in enzymes, has a high Bovis value and is full of chi life energy. This means that you should eat more raw food, as we already eat too much heated food. When heating food to over 40 °C / 104 ºF the enzymes become inactivated, life energy is lost, the Bovis value sinks and nutrients are destroyed.
