Healthy food happy people - Chantal Voets

Hello, nice of you to come and take glance at my recipe review. Here, I have made a fine selection of recipes and chefs. Amanprana and/or I has/have a special bond with each of them. We, for example, have cooked together and have the same vision of eating. Healthy, tasty and refreshing meals without fuss. Tasty meals to be healthy and happy. Ayurvedic cuisine, macrobiotics, raw food, vegan cooking and proper food combinations have inspired my recipes.

In the meantime, I have put together quite a few recipes. From appetizers to pancakes and from delicious snacks to smoothies. The emphasis is on pure and natural, without refined nutrients. Nutrition is your best medicine!

Recipes with cocoa powder or cocoa butter: beyond chocolate bars. Brimming with antioxidants and natural opium

Many people can't live without their daily piece of chocolate. This shows just how yummy cacao-based products can be. Cocoa powder is a common ingredient in many recipes. A recipe with cocoa powder is usually sweet in flavour. People often think that using cocoa powder and chocolate is unhealthy. But high-quality products derived from cacao beans have many beneficial properties, so using them in these recipes is not such a bad idea after all. Using cocoa butter in your baking is exquisite. And raw chocolate or cacao beans are more than just an interesting experiment.

Are cacao-based products healthy? Yes, absolutely. Add cocoa powder, cocoa butter, raw cacao beans or chocolate to your recipes

We tend to forget that chocolate ultimately comes from a plant, which means it has a great many benefits for us. Various studies have highlighted the impact of chocolate on the health of our heart, blood pressure, skin and even our brains. Cacao-based products are packed with phytonutrients, and therefore antioxidants. As well as their effects on our bodies, cacao-based products also improve our mental state. For example, chocolate contains phenylethylamine, which is involved in the production of endorphins, opium-like chemicals which make us feel happy. So eat chocolate, and be happy!
