Hello, nice of you to come and take glance at my recipe review. Here, I have made a fine selection of recipes and chefs. Amanprana and/or I has/have a special bond with each of them. We, for example, have cooked together and have the same vision of eating. Healthy, tasty and refreshing meals without fuss. Tasty meals to be healthy and happy. Ayurvedic cuisine, macrobiotics, raw food, vegan cooking and proper food combinations have inspired my recipes.

In the meantime, I have put together quite a few recipes. From appetizers to pancakes and from delicious snacks to smoothies. The emphasis is on pure and natural, without refined nutrients. Nutrition is your best medicine!

Healthy snacks for more energy

If you need a snack to keep your energy levels up, it’s best to keep two things in mind. First, eat a real, healthy snack and not a full meal. In other words, keep it small, because a snack should not overload your stomach; it should just take away your feeling of hunger, but no more. Second, choose a healthy snack you have not eaten before that day, or that you won’t eat again that day. This way you can give your body different nutrients.


Healthy snacks, other than vegetables with dips

Healthy snacks are not only good for keeping up your energy levels throughout the day, but they also offer you the chance of putting some variety in your diet and filling up the holes in your daily need for certain nutrients. Because sometimes your three meals a day just don’t provide you with all the healthy fats, carbohydrates and proteins your body needs to function properly. Complimenting your meals with healthy snacks is then a good idea.

Vegetables with a dip or a piece of fruit are great examples of a complimentary healthy snack, but there are other options as well.
