Hello, nice of you to come and take glance at my recipe review. Here, I have made a fine selection of recipes and chefs. Amanprana and/or I has/have a special bond with each of them. We, for example, have cooked together and have the same vision of eating. Healthy, tasty and refreshing meals without fuss. Tasty meals to be healthy and happy. Ayurvedic cuisine, macrobiotics, raw food, vegan cooking and proper food combinations have inspired my recipes.

In the meantime, I have put together quite a few recipes. From appetizers to pancakes and from delicious snacks to smoothies. The emphasis is on pure and natural, without refined nutrients. Nutrition is your best medicine!

Omega-3, Omega-6

Recipes with Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids. Okinawa omega oil is better than fish oil

Alpha-linolenic acid and linoleic acid are the essential fatty acids in the Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acid family. You won't find them in fish oil, but they are in Okinawa omega oil. Don't be fooled. Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids are both good and necessary for our health. Unfortunately, we can't make these plant-based essential fatty acids (alpha-linolenic acid and linoleic acid) ourselves, so we have to absorb them from our food. They can be found in some plant-based oils. For instance, Amanprana Okinawa omega oils are brimming with Omega-3 & 6 fatty acids, which makes them extremely healthy.


The flavours of Okinawa oil with Omega-3 and Omega-6: which ones should you add to which recipes?

The different versions of Amanprana's Okinawa Omega oil each have their own special blend of flavours. For example, Happy Delight oil has a fresh, citrus flavour (perfect for salads and smoothies). If you're making a cooked recipe, make sure you add the oil at the end, so that it doesn't get heated. Then you'll see that healthy cooking is also extremely yummy.
