Hello, nice of you to come and take glance at my recipe review. Here, I have made a fine selection of recipes and chefs. Amanprana and/or I has/have a special bond with each of them. We, for example, have cooked together and have the same vision of eating. Healthy, tasty and refreshing meals without fuss. Tasty meals to be healthy and happy. Ayurvedic cuisine, macrobiotics, raw food, vegan cooking and proper food combinations have inspired my recipes.
In the meantime, I have put together quite a few recipes. From appetizers to pancakes and from delicious snacks to smoothies. The emphasis is on pure and natural, without refined nutrients. Nutrition is your best medicine!
Raw food actually means uncooked food. For some people, it's a lifestyle; for others, it's just a raw food diet. All food is eaten completely raw (cooler than 45°C) and unprocessed. The raw food diet trend started in Belgium and the United States. Raw food is simple and healthy, which is what makes this movement so attractive. As the name suggests, the food eaten is not cooked, fried or heated in any way. Or at least, not heated above 40 to 45°C. This ensures that the enzymes required for good digestion remain intact. These enzymes are important for your health. The most important ingredients in these recipes are fruit and vegetables, but nuts, seeds, grains, seaweed and sprouts are also used.READ MORE
In the raw food movement, much use is made of superfoods such as goji berries, coconut oil, acai berries, walnuts, chia seeds, avocado, raw chocolate, ginger and blueberries, and Amanprana's ORAC seasoning mix is a superfood bomb. Superfoods are delicious and healthy. They have high health values relative to their kcal content. They are foods with a high health value. ORAC values are often used to express the antioxidant content of superfoods. The higher the ORAC value, the more antioxidants the superfood contains. Raw food has higher ORAC values than cooked food. Of course, the recipes in the raw food category mainly contain fruit, vegetables and superfoods, but these key ingredients are combined in a variety of different ways to make healthy snacks, smoothies and complete main dishes. Creative and yummy!
