Brut or Sec?

Most higher-quality Cavas are made Brut style (0 to 15 g sugar per litre). Some are extra sec (12 to 20g) and sec (17-35g) or dulce (sweet 50g). There are only a few better Cavas Brut Nature (0-3 g sugar per litre, without any added sugar). Vintage Cavas were produced in very good wine years. All Cavas from Privat are made in the Brut manner and therefore were created without adding any sugar.
