A healthy digestive system requires 10 grams of fibres per meal as well as lots of water and exercise. To guarantee good bowel movements you need 10g of fibres in each meal. A lot of people do not manage this and often have problems with stomach ache and irregular and/or hard stools. This is not healthy.
