Chop the potatoes, carrots and onion into small cubes. Bring a little bit of water to the boil and add the cubed vegetables. Let the water boil until the vegetables are cooked, then strain the vegetables. Place them in a blender with the other ingredients and purée to the consistency of liquid cheese. If the mixture is too stiff, you can add a little extra olive oil. If the mixture is too runny, add a few more yeast flakes. Add the sauce to your dishes as desired. Bon appetit!
