Ingredients for protein shake with hemp

  • 200 ml filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons hemp flour or hand oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 dates
  • 100 g (frozen) pineapple
  • 2 fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ mango
  • 1 tsp raw baobab powder

Preparation of protein shake with hemp and baobab

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and purée for about two minutes.
  2. Strain the mixture through a strainer and pour into a suitable glass.
  3. Decorate with an extra mint leaf if desired. Enjoy your protein smoothie!
