Wild fish is natural, fish oil is totally unnatural

Eating fatty fish is not the same as consuming fish oil. There is a world of difference. The AHA (American Heart Association) recommends eating two portions of fatty fish per week. The AHA clearly states that there is no conclusive evidence that oil supplements are good for the heart and cardio-vascular illnesses. Even Dr. He of the North-West University of Chicago, after researching 200 studies, reached to the conclusion that eating fish regularly can reduce the risk of strokes by 13%. But he states clearly that one cannot conclude the same result from consuming fish oil. ‘Presumably there are unknown nutrients in fish that are responsible for the lower risk, foods that are not present in fish oils’.
